Jan O'Connor Brown
I love supporting midlife women to build the life they long for. With over 25 years in communications and marketing, and several coaching certifications, I found my passion in helping others connect with their true selves and inner wisdom. At age 46, I left the traditional workplace to discover my purpose, which is now guiding others to uncover their purpose and power, and live a life they love.
My superpower is showing you the amazing truth of who you really are so that you too can uncover your purpose and potential and live a life you love.
With over 25+ years in communications and marketing, I’ve always loved connecting people to brands and messages. Now, with the addition of several coaching certifications behind me, I have found my purpose and passion lies in connecting people back to themselves (aka, their own, special personal brand), and to their deep, inner wisdom.
For much of my adult, working life, I felt over burdened and out of alignment with the work I was doing, yet I struggled to uncover and articulate what it was I yearned for. I just knew I was made for more. It was as though deep inside me I had this nameless purpose that was struggling to emerge. At age 46, I decided to leave the traditional work place, embrace autonomy and embark on a journey of self discovery, which ultimately led me to uncovering the secret of my purpose, that had been hidden for so long! Helping others to find their purpose and power.
Becoming a Coach has been one of the best decisions of my life. My superpower is showing you the amazing truth of who you really are so that you too can uncover your purpose and potential and live a life you love.
I’m a married mum of two and have an adorable, furball of a cat. I love a deep conversation and have a pretty healthy obsession with personal development quotes and memes. My favourite place to revitalise is going for a bushwalk and surrounding myself with big, old trees. And yes, sometimes, I hug them too.
